Change Font Colour

How to set the colour of the clock and the colour of the widget on top of clock to be different colours instead of same? Is it possible?

Changing the font and color on time on home screen Fixing the time font on the Home Screen. Where is it? I have worked with people who have visual impairments in the past. The current font for the time on the Home Screen is not user friendly for people with visual impairments. I personally do not like the fat font and the inability to choose an appropriate color for my needs. I prefer yellow as it has more contrast. For people with visual impairments this must be very difficult. I might even hazard to say that it infringes on accessibility for seniors and persons with visual impairments and may be an ADA issue.

That will set the colour to be same both on Time and Widget. But I want to set the colour to be different on Time and Widget.
