No, but you can make that suggestion by using Feedback - Calendar - Apple.

How do I change the color dots on my Calendar? IS there anyway to color code the dots on your calendar so that they are not all showing grey, I know you can color code your appointments however the dots that appear when you look at the calendar in monthly view it is full of grey dots, I was hoping for a way to not only color code the appointment(s) but also the "notification dots" when you are looking at the entire month I.E. blue for medical, purple for financial, green for meeting(s), teal for holidays, and/or be able to make a custom color for multiple appointments without having to download/pay for a third party calendar app?
