Screen time

Has anyone found a solution to screen time not working on iOS 16.3.1? It stopped working when I got the iPhone14 and it is so frustrating.

Hey Awosom1,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

If you haven't already, restart the iPhone. Restarting refreshes the software which may resolve your issue. To restart, follow the steps below or in this article: Restart your iPhone.

  1. "Press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power-off slider appears.
  2. Drag the slider, then wait 30 seconds for your device to turn off. If your device is frozen or unresponsive, force restart your device.
  3. To turn your device back on, press and hold the side button (on the right side of your iPhone) until you see the Apple logo."

If issue continues, check out this article: Use Screen Time on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. The article covers the different limits that can be changed.

If you continue to have issues or you have a different issue, providing more details may help you get more answers.

Take care.
