Screen time issues with 16.1.1 update

Since updating my iPhone 12 pro max and my children’s 11 pro and 12 pro to version 16.1.1, I’m unable to manage their screen time from my phone. Their screen time options occasionally show up on my phone, meaning their names show up sometimes when in Settings - Screen Time, but not always. When they do show up I’m unable to make and edits including the ability to simply ignore down time. Are there any known issues with this update regarding screen time?
