Hi I keep getting a warning box that my devices are not connected,I’ve tried unpairing and restarting but no avail, help would be appreciated plz thank u

Please confirm that Bluetooth and Wi-Fi are set to ON on your iPhone. You can double check this in the Settings app of your iPhone.
