Wrong phone number in my Device info/iMessage/FaceTime

There’s my older phone number mentioned in my devise info which I can’t remove or change. While I have the correct desired phone number in my Apple ID’s name,phone number, email option. And for that reason I can’t even use iMessage and FaceTime because it has that older number too, which I can’t change here too. I found an older discussion where someone mention to sign out and sign back in. I tried that process but still didn’t work.

someone please help me out for how to change my older phone number to my new number from device info, FaceTime and iMessage

We'd like to share some suggestions to help you with your number removal. We would recommend verifying and looking over the guidance in Add or remove your phone number in Messages or FaceTime - Apple Support which covers the steps needed to achieve this. If you are unable via the instructions advised, you will need to contact Apple Support because this would not be working as intended.

Hey. I fixed it.

I had to change the phone number first in “Phone” next to “Message” and “FaceTime”. Then logged out of my iCloud. When I logged back in, the old number was removed.
