When I hold my AirPods case button down it just goes blank.
When i hold my button down it just goes blank. It does turn amber not white. What do i do now?

Hopefully you are simply dealing with a discharged battery which does not have enough charge to do anything useful. Connect the charging case and let it charge for several hours. If the problem persists after charging you probably need more detailed help from Apple's paid support team. Contact Apple Support to arrange getting your pods and charging case checked.
