Replacement AirPods Charging case won't pair

Do this, but when pressing and holding the button, the light stays on Amber and the prompt on my phone does not change from the “hold the back button” prompt no matter how long I hold it

AirPods Pro doesn't flash when holding button I have followed the correct steps from the Apple website, Forgot the device with the AirPods in the case, kept them there charged to 100%, they are detected on my iPhone when I open the lid and when I follow the on-screen pairing instructions on the 2nd step "Hold button" I hold the button on the case but it has no effect on the pairing light. I know both the AirPods and the case work. The light flashes amber/green (depending on the charge) when I remove either of the AirPods, put it back, connect or disconnect the charger. So the case doesn't need to be cleaned, and it hasn't been physically damaged. I have also tried depleting the battery to 0% and trying again to no avail. It just doesn't flash (amber or white) when holding the button. And there's no way the only solution is to buy a replacement case for an almost fully working one for €120 Euros for just a button? There has to be a way to reset this if it's not hardware caused, or at least pair them to my MacBook with a cable.

airpods pro 2 charging case sounds shaded green color, won't toggle When opening the airpods pro 2 settings and scrolling down to “Enable charging case sounds”, the toggle for enabling it is in the right hand “On” position and green, but it is a shaded/faded green color different than the other green color when something is enabled, and the toggle will not toggle off and on. The case is fully charged and not connected to a charger, it does this whether buds are in the case or in ear. Restarted phone, no difference.

When I hold my AirPods case button down it just goes blank. When i hold my button down it just goes blank. It does turn amber not white. What do i do now? [Re-Titled by Moderator]
