in apple music i cant download music videos in FULL HD on ipad or iphone with a lot of free space and good connection to see offline, when i download some videos they are in a low resolution, even on ipad pro 12.9 4gen or iphone 14 pro max, i adjusted in settings the best resolution but still download to play offline in a low resolution

I reinstalled the ios version in this devices, even in other devices i have the same issue, only downloading video music from apple music, if i download music videos from youtube premium this videos download in fullhd, but in apple music the offline videos play in a lowest resolution :(

Thanks for that info and for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are having an issue with videos taken from the Music app on your iPad and iPhone. We would recommend you restart your devices as this is a good first troubleshooting step:

Next, we would recommend deleting the existing videos and then try re-downloading on a known good Wi-Fi network and see if that makes a difference.
