Hi i would just like to ask how to contact my carrier cause i’ve been having some issues regarding to my voicemail, i can’t set it up because it says “call voicemail” instead of set up voicemail. It’s my first time using ios so i don’t have any idea how to deal with it so yeah thankyou for answering!!

Who is my carrier:
Go to -> Settings -> Mobile network -> scroll to Network selection you can see who your carrier is.
