voicemail not working whilst setting it up

When one calls there is no voicemail option to direct my calls to .

What should I do. I have contacted my carrier and they are saying the fault is not from their side

If your iPhone is running the latest iOS version (now 18.3.2), and if you already tried a forced restart of your device, using these gestures:--> In rapid sequence, press and quickly release the volume up button, press and quickly release the volume down button, then press and hold the side (power) button. Only when the Apple logo appears (it might take 10-20 seconds), release that button (ignore all other screens that might appear, the one with the "slider" to turn the device off included),

but the issue persists, only your cellular carrier can help you.
