why does safari block home depot website?

Why does safari block home depot website, but Firefox loads fine?

iMac 27″ 5K, macOS 12.6

I had no problem going to homedepot.com using Safari 16.3 (Ventura 13.2.1, 2023 Apple MacBook Pro). Also had no problem using an older Mac and my iPhone. You might check If Safari on Mac doesn't open a webpage or isn’t working as expected - Apple Support.

You might also check if that page has been blocked. Check this MacKeeper article, https://mackeeper.com/blog/block-websites-in-safari/

Yes, Power Off and Restart fixed the Safari and Mail Swoosh problem. I should have known to do that first.

Still don't know why mail notification sound has stopped. It has also stopped on the iphone 13. And I have turned that off, twice.

It has a certificate problem, but only on this machine. It has other odd behavior like the mail swoosh sound has stopped for no reason. Looks like I need to reboot.
