Apple Screen Time working VERY inconsistently

We have used Apple Screen Time for years for our family. Suddenly around a year ago all went to ***l.

Handling screen time has been a nightmare ever since. For everyone in our family. If you change settings they randomly disappear and child have limitless time. UI to set screen time is so slow and unresponsive that you will never know what is actually happening when adding limits. I even managed to get same apps have two different limits because of the horrible slowness of UI.

The worst thing is that all the limits are disappearing randomly from kids. I try to but them back every few days, but no help. I've tried to disable screen time and set it up again, setting it from mac instead of my iPhone setting it from child's own iPhone instead of mine. Even purchased a newer model for one of the kids. Still the same.

And when I discussed with other "Apple families" we are not alone with these problems. They also say that Screen Time has become totally unreliable and causes more harm since you expect that it limits the usage for your children, but it doesn't do anything most of the time.

Anyone else having these issues and have you been able to fix these?
