No prepaid eSim in Europe for US iPhone 14?

I’m traveling in a few months to Europe, and have found that there is no regular prepaid eSim providers to use with the US version of the iPhone 14.

Been using European prepaid SIM cards easily the past 15 years, and when I got my iPhone 11, was nice to have my US number with local high speed data at the same time. Just buy a prepaid SIM in Europe for €20-€30 with unlimited data and European roaming, and good to go.

I have been researching and contacting mobile providers all over Europe, and they all responded that they do not support the US iPhone 14 on their prepaid plans, and no no information on possible future support either.

The European eSim providers listed in Apples website are only available to resident, who have a service subscription, and not an option for tourists.

I have researched those eSim apps, but they are very expensive, and come with very low data caps.

My US provider does include international data with my plan, but it’s obliviously a lower data priority tier and coverage, and no hotspot.

Has anybody found any regular eSIM prepaid providers in Europe for their US iPhone 14?

This limit is only on the US version of the iPhone, all other phones sold around the world have both eSim and physical SIM cards.
