Have upgraded to tye latest ios. Not available in the search when I click on a link k from an article it can find it but says some things on the device are not compatible?
What else do I need to do?

Hi yep checked all those and still not available. Have a 10th gen ipad latest version of ios from today. In the uk, still says device not compatible. Do I need to uave a payment method available etc, says I don't need to have an apple watch, no idea what else to try?
