everytime i go into my app store and go to my profile i get an endless loading screen which means i can’t see or update and purchases of subscriptions, updates apps and so on. ibe closed and reopened the app, signed out of my app store, and signed out my icloud and signed back in but no no avail it still doesn’t work and i literally have no idea why.

Start to check the network connection:
You need to have a good Service and/or Wi-Fi.
If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
Charge the battery > 70%.
