how to unblock a contact in FaceTime on Intel Mac mini.
IN FaceTime settings I can see the address that has been blocked, but there is no UNBlock instruction

Sounds like you almost had this figured out, but weren’t sure how to unblock the number once you found it. To do so, go to FaceTime > Settings > Blocked > Tap on the contact or number you’ve blocked and delete it from the list by tapping on the “-“.
