I cannot log into FaceTime.

When I put my correct information eg my Apple ID and my Apple ID password to login to FaceTime, when I press enter it reloads me back to the homepage. It also highlights my Apple ID username in a blue box as if I were to copy and paste something. Please help Apple.

Do you see any specific error or message when trying to login? Such as an incorrect password, network issue, etc? The specific error you're getting will help us better assist you. Also, does Messages work properly on your Mac?


In the meantime, we'd advise looking over the tips here for if you're unable to sign into either service.
