Can’t redownload music.

So we have a family computer that has all of our music on it, so when you plug in your phone, you can download the music. Well, I deleted some albums because some songs were missing and then I thought to myself “I’ll just plug my phone into my computer and redownload them.” Well, I can’t. I can download any album or any songs but the ones I deleted. How can I redownload these?
