iPhone 11 duplicating text messages in the Message app

How can I either delete the Messages app from my iPhone 11 or get it to STOP duplicating the messages that I voice dictate when I make a correction in the message? I know SEVERAL other people who have this same experience so they've stopped dictating their texts. But I HATE typing out texts and should be able to use the dictation option WITHOUT having this duplication issue!! VERY FRUSTRATING. I'm new to iPhone and am considering going back to my Samsung Galaxy phone, which I loved but all my family use iPhones and I have an MacBook Air so thought it best to change. But now I actually HATE my iPhone.
