Airpods pro mic was all good earlier but now after release of another airpods its mic is not working to its potential and also airpods sharing has trouble when listening music, one person have too much volume and another person has too low. I am using iphone 12 and airpods pro 1st gen.

For the microphone issue, try this:
Open the Settings app and go to the Bluetooth section. Next to the AirPods entry on the list of devices, you should see an “i” icon inside of a circle. Tap this, then select microphone, and set it to either left, right or automatic. Try switching it back and forth.
Then, test with the Voice Memos app.
Note: volume is determined by the individual phones. See this:
