iOS 16.3.1 iMessage and Facetime not an option

After upgrading to iOS 16.3.1 both iMessage and Facetime are not enabled. How can I restore these?

iMessage and FaceTime is greyed out in settings Hi, I cannot turn on iMessages in settings as it is greyed out and it happened after I updated to iOS 16 a year ago. When updates have been released it is still greyed out and the same goes with FaceTime I also cannot turn it on. I hope that someone can help me and point me in the right direction.
