Logic board failure after 1 year
Great Apple Company,
We customers buy the apple products just for their reliability and life of the product. But now my MacBook air M1 which bought a year ago got stuck at recovery mode and when i seeked help from apple service center they asked me replace the entire logic board which costs around 41k rupees which is half the cost of my laptop. I am mild user who just browse, and do some works in excel and word for a mild user like me, my laptop got this issue. Now I am seriously losing my mind and don't know what to do. I bought my mac in october end 2021 and now when I m writing this complaint its February 2023, just 3 months after the warranty period expired and now I have to spend this 41k, its so terrible from a brand like apple. I m expecting them to respond and help me out in someway. I am a student, I fought with my parents to buy this mac and now I got this issue for which I was not responsible. I understand its just a machine it can have defect but its not the customer fault. So Apple support team kindly help me out from this situation.
