Problem with microphone.

all of my microphones are working good, but if I am talking on the speakerphone(loud sound) and at that moment someone is talking, then I cannot be heard by that one, who is talking, but if he is not speaking, then he is able to hear me. If I am speaking not on the loud sound, I can be heard well all the time.

thats not such a problem, but it’s a bit uncomfortable to carry headphones all the time to have an opportunity to speak not by holding phone close to ear and mouth.

Is it a problem with microphone or with anything else?
