Most of the time when I make a call or someone calls me in phone app people can't hear me. But if I turn the speaker on and off again for 2-3 seconds then they can hear me.There is no microphone problem in other apps.

If the microphones on your iPhone aren't working - Apple Support
There is no problem with the camera and voice memos. Only the phone app has this problem.
