Robotic voice

I have purchase the new iPhone 14 pro max in December and from time to time on my calls the person on the other end will hear a robotic voice at the beginning and would have often resolve to hang up and call back. However if I’m using my AirPods Pro’s that doesn’t seem to be an issue. It’s beacon if really annoying since I’m using my phone for business calls also, I have seen apple replying to check and update carrier and I have done all those things. Nothing is resolve.

1. Does this happen on all calls, or only calls with certain contacts?

2. Does the voice provide a specific message when this happens?

3. Were any changes made to your device or settings before this happened? If so, what changes were made?

4. Does the voice play on your end of the call as well, or only on the other person's side?

yes , it does happen on all calls but not every time.
no, it does not it just sounds like me but in a slow robotic kind of voice.
It been happening since I bought but I thought it will go away eventually since it does not happens all the time. to answer the question, there were no changes made to the phone.
No, it doesn’t it happens on the other end and not mine.
