Robotic voice

I can see many many people complaining about iPhone issues with calls going robotic.

This has been happening with both my husband and my iPhone 13 Pro Max since they were purchased, progressively getting worse. Super frustrating, especially when your conducting business.

Apple what are you doing about this? There needs to be a solution, we pay top dollar for your product, this is not acceptable.

Hi gert282,

Thank you for posting in Apple Support Communities! Is this happening when speaking to a specific contact or multiple? Have both devices been restarted since noticing this issue? Restarting your device can help resolve many issues we may face with our devices. To restart your iPhone, press and hold either volume button and the side button until the power off slider appears. Drag the slider and wait about 30 seconds. Press and hold the side button until the Apple logo appears to power it back on. Once back on, test to see if this continues.

You'll also want to confirm both devices are up to date running the latest iOS. You can confirm if there is an iOS to install by going to Settings > General > Software Updates.

You can find some additional troubleshooting steps here: If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support

Hope that helps!
