IOS 16.3.1

Many users who have updated to iOS 16 and above must have a similar issue if the issues stated by you are due to the iOS.

Did you fix the problem? I'm also using iPhone 13 pro, I updated to ios 16.3.1 this morning, and my phone started freezing and restarting randomly, I can't even back up the data because it'll turn off and restart for no obvious reason.
