(1) Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:
(2) If the above does not work then - Follow the instructions in this article by Apple ➔ If your iPhone is Non-Responsive or Frozen and see if that helps.

I am using iphone 11..
It doesn't help with the Force restart.
When you turn on the phone then it freezes after 30 seconds - 1 minute of usage, and then it crashes (displays the spinning circle loading animation black screen, often that too is freezer), and then it restarts (it displays the apple logo and then is back on). And this happens too, without using the phone at all, letting it sit there it will behave the same way.
Facing this issue only after the upgrade of 16.1.2.
The problem is with the software update 16.1.2
It's really getting annoying.
Any solution.Please help!!
I have checked the battery performance and maximum capacity is 82%.
yesterday i have updated my iphone 11 from 16.1.2 to 16.2 but still facing the freezing issue.
Please help.
You may have a poor battery condition which cannot provide sufficient power for peak performance. What is the Battery Health of your iPhone? Open Settings ➔ Battery ➔ Battery Health and let us know which percentage you see for Maximum Capacity. Also note what is written under Peak Performance. If your battery's Maximum Capacity shows a value of 80% or less, then it has gone through its lifecycle and therefore should be replaced, according to Apple.
Let us know what you find out. Thanks.

I recommend that you have the battery diagnosed at the Apple Store or at an Authorized Service Center. If your battery's Maximum Capacity shows a value of 80% or less, then it has gone through its lifecycle and therefore should be replaced, according to Apple. Your battery’s Maximum Capacity is 82% and is close enough that it may need replacement since it may not be providing sufficient power for peak performance and therefore crashing the apps.
