iPhone 14 pro back glass cracked (no apple care)

I bought an iPhone 14 pro 2 months ago, long story short it fell and the back glass was broken and it has no apple care.

was wondering if I can just take it to apple and they would replace it with an out of warranty replacement one that’s just a replaced phone I’d have to pay for a certain price for?
