Dropped my iPhone 13 Pro and the back glass shattered. I have applecare and just scheduled a genius bar appointment.
My question is do they repair it by replacing just the back glass or do they replace the entire phone? If they repair, any idea on how long that takes?

Similarly, the amount of time it can take to complete service, can depend on a number of factors, including the location performing service, how many other customer's they are assisting, the service that needs to be performed, and the availability of parts. So this would also be something you would want to discuss with the store during your appointment.
