Location of the Plug-In Licenses for GarageBand

Where are all the Audio Plug-In licenses usually stored for GarageBand?

GarageBand frequently says it cannot find my licesnses, although I know I have them (plus most are free plug-ins). I end up reinstalling them, which usually only works for new projects but becomes a hassle when I open some older projects.

I have projects on iCloud as well, and I'm curious if that's an issue, but it does not seem like it.

Either way, I want to put my licenses in the correct location on either my iCloud account or Macintosh HD, if possible.
