PC cannot detect iPhone 15 Pro Max Hi all, is anyone having the same issue of your PC unable to detect your iPhone 15 Pro Max? Previously I was using iPhone 11 Pro and it can be detected as an external hard drive and in iTunes but not with this new phone. It just shows charging but not appearing as an external hard drive So these are the following I've tried including all the options provided by Apple Support: 1) PC updated 2) iPhone latest software ver. 3) Tried various USB A to USB C cable 4) Tried all other USB A ports on my PC 5) Removed all devices connected to my PC 6) Restarted iPhone, Restarted PC Weirdly when I headed down to the physical Apple Store, the MacBook was able to detect my phone. I came back home to try with my wife's macbook too and used the original USB C cable that came in the box and it can be detected. But when I used an adaptor to try connecting other USB A to USB C cables, it can't be detected by the Macbook. Seems like only direct USB C to USB C cable can be detected.

iPhone to PC, specifically windows PC Is it possible that is my cord is the problem why my iPhone cant detect my pc and my pc doesn't detect my iPhone? it is only charging. Btw I'm jot using the original cable comes with the iPhone.

Are you attempting to connect your iPhone 14 Max Pro to your iPhone 11 through a Bluetooth connection. If you are, then that is not possible. You cannot connect two iOS devices through Bluetooth.

What exactly are you attempting to accomplish by connecting the two devices? Provide more details so that we can provide a better response. Thanks.
