Photos now longer showing by Album when uploading to social media

When I open Photos, I have all my albums set up and they all show up fine and dandy. I upgraded iOS (Ventura 13.2.1, mid 2017 13" MacBook Pro) and now have a problem. When I am on social media (Facebook, Insta, Twitter) WEBSITES via Safari and Firefox (not via iPhone app) and attempt to upload a photo, I can navigate to my Photos, but only the main stream of photos is available. I no longer have the option to see my pics sorted by album. Is there a setting I need to change in Photos? I first noticed this in Facebook and assumed it was a FB setting that I needed to change but then noticed it was happening in other places, and then I noticed it was NOT happening in the app, only on the websites. So then I thought it was Safari, but have the. same issue when using Firefox, so now I'm convinced that there is a setting to change in Photos. I've looked through them but don't notice anything obvious to change. Can someone help me identify what setting needs to be changed? Or provide any other solution? This may seem trivial, but I have thousands of photos for my business and need to be able to get to the right pics to send to customers. Any help is appreciated.

More details: When I go to Apple menu (  ) > System Settings > Privacy & Security > Photos, Safari isn't an option, but Firefox is, and Firefox has full access. As noted above, I have the same issue in Firefox, so I don't think this is the problem. However, if I need Safari to have full access, how do I get it on this list? There is no + key!

When I try to insert my screenshots here but using the attachment button below, I have the same problem! I can't get to the Albums in Photos, only the whole stream.

2nd update: This is also happening within Apple programs. While on my MacBook, when using iMail, iCal, iMessage and attempting to attach a photo, the finder window pops up so I can get to Photos, but when I get to Photos, there is no longer any album structure available to me - it's just the whole photo stream with no organization. There has to be a fix for this. HELP!
