when I am trying to allow a purchase on my child’s iPhone with Family Share it prompts me verify the credit card. A verification code is sent to my phone and I enter it on my child’s phone but it will not let me select the blue ‘verify’ button on the top right, only the back option will work. Any suggestions? Apple Pay works just fine on my phone so I know the card info is correct.
I am having the exact same issue. My 8 year old want an in app purchase. 1) i do not get the notifications for approval. 2) if i turn purchase approval required off, her ipad says verify payment method but i cannot click on anything to do that on her ipad (‘contact family organizer’). Payment methods on my phone have all been updated. I rebooted several times… please somebody help ‘cause i am desperate.
Mine is doing this too. Did you ever figure it out? I only have 1 payment method

I have same issue, won’t let me verify after putting in code. I was looking at you 2nd solution, which phone are you setting/Apple ID/payment??? I’m not seeing any approvals there

I had to the same issue for my daughter and what we did was delete one of the two payment methods we had and it worked, hope this helps~
