chrome_crashpad_handler permission and Electron crash

Hello,

Recently starting Chrome or VSCode on my Mac causes a popup that says I do not have permission to use the "chrome_crashpad_handler" application and also a crash report window (Electron process crash for VSCode, Google Chrome process crash for Chrome). It can be reproduced with other Electron apps as well, but I use mostly this two. Both applications are working after this, but creating a new window always triggers this behavior. I can "Always allow" to use the crashpad handler, but that does not seem to do anything, I still get permission popup next time.

I uninstalled Chrome completely and rebooted the system, but starting VSCode still creates the popup and the crash report.

Any suggestions?
