Need Advice - Can I Upgrade Higher than MacOS Catalina for My MacBook Pro (13" Mid-2012)

Hi All

I upgraded the HDD on my old MacBook Pro to an SSD and also now have 16Gb RAM. My automatic software upgrade only allows me to upgrade to MacOS Catalina 10.15.7.

Can I install and upgrade to a more recent OS, like Big Sur, Monterey, or even Ventura.

If so, how do i do it?

No. Catalina 10.15.7 is the latest you can run.
