Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes.

I tried to install an application on my MacBook suddenly it showed me that "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes." I wonder why this happening, I tried to find a solution there is no proper solution until talk to support but I can't able to talk to the support because can't install the Support application on my iPhone as well.

What should I do in this case and how to contact apple customer care to resolve this issue? To be noted that I have changed my password.

Looking forward to hearing from the community.

Thanks

Hello,

You must contact Apple for help when you see a message saying "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes" or "You cannot login because your account has been locked". This is not something you can fix yourself. Apple provides a chat link for this specific issue. Tap or click here --> https://getsupport.apple.com/?caller=kbase&PGF=PGF63005&category_id=SC0245&symptom_id=23362 (sorry, the forum software is currently not automatically shortening this URL to a titled link for me)

Odd. When I click on the link I provided it takes me to a window with the title of the error message and then a button to request a chat session about the message.

Refer to this document for ways to contact Apple --> Choose your country or region - Official Apple Support

Select your country (also look for "other" regions), then a product. If you don't see one that handles your issue then keep experimenting with selections until you reach one that gets you a chat session or a telephone call and get the representative to redirect you.

or:

Contact Apple for support and service by telephone --> Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support

Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes.
