Account is disabled!

Whenever I try to update or install an app from apple store a message appears saying that my account is disabled in apple store and itunes, what should I doing !!!?

If you see a message that says "Your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes", there is a problem with your payment method on your account, to resolve the problem you need help from Apple support,  click -> contact Apple Support for help.

There is nothing you can do, other than to contact Apple and resolve whatever issue or concern has arisen here. Per Apple: If you see a message that says your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes Store, contact Apple Support for help.
