Apple tv subscription not functioning

I subscribed for apple tv a month ago, next payment is due February 19 but since yesterday, my apple tv is not working. It keeps offering me 3 months free but cannot watch the shows

  1. It seems that you got signed out, or used a different Apple ID account to sign in. Please verify that you are signed in with the Apple ID account that has the Apple TV+ subscription linked to it.
  2. Please verify the active status of the subscription.
