AppleTV suddenly not recognizing subscription

I have been paying for Apple One premium for well over a year now which includes a subscription to Apple TV. Suddenly I am not able to watch the shows I was watching. It says I need to purchase subscription and when I click on it it says I am already subscribed. I’ve signed out and signed back in; turned tv off/on; closed all apps on TV; tried on my phone and my iPad. Nothing is working. I confirmed my subscription is paid and still active. I’m in an endless loop!
