Apple Watch vibrates but won’t show preview of the notification.

Apple Watch is connected and vibrates in my wrist but won’t show a preview of the notification. Before, if I felt a buzz on my watch, I would look at my watch and it would show me the notification. Now, if it buzzes I’ll look at my watch and it just shows the watch face.

Apple Watch Ultra vibrate and haptics not working My Apple Watch Ultra is on watchOS 9.4. I have restarted and reset my Apple Watch and it still does not vibrate for notifications or have haptics when moving the crown. This problem started with watchOS 9.4. Does anyone have the same problem or a solution? Thank you!

Settings, General, Return to clock, set to "After 2 minutes".
