Major problem with Ventura 13.2.1 update effecting Photos on MacBook Pro

Ive read previous contributors comments regarding this horrible flaw but have yet to find a solution. I have seamlessly used Apple's MacBook Pro for over 10 years for my photography. Which is why when again I needed a new computer I purchased a 2019 4TB Mac specifically for my photography...Disaster. I import the raw images from the SD taken with my Nikon D850. They look great, I edit them in the Photo app that is in the MacBook ie adult contrast crop brightness etc and BAM!!! I'm left with a blurry photo that I can not use and it stays that way. I have tried multiple things to correct this as I could not believe Apple would create an OS that would ruin a photo. I have found that this does not happen when importing a Jpeg image at all only the Raw. The latest update (as of 2/15/23 does not resolve this issue. Has anyone had any success on eliminating this disastrous issue using Ventura on MacBook Pro?
