Then, please make sure all firmware updates have been applied to your doorbell(s). For this, you may need to connect with the manufacturer to get information on the how.
If you have HomePods that are part of a stereo pair, ungroup and regroup them, then test. Set up a HomePod stereo pair
Unlink a stereo pair
1. In the Home app on your iOS or iPadOS device, tap the paired speakers.
2. Scroll down, then tap the gear icon.
3. Tap Ungroup Accessories.
Create a stereo pair
You can create a stereo pair with two HomePod mini, two HomePod (1st generation), or two HomePod (2nd generation) speakers.
To create a stereo pair, both HomePod speakers need to be assigned to the same room.
1. In the Home app on your iOS or iPadOS device, tap a HomePod.
2. Scroll down, then tap the gear icon.
3. Tap Create Stereo Pair and follow the onscreen instructions.
