HomePod setup failed on error code 301014, how to fix it? Thanks.

Try to setup brand-new HomePod with iPhone 11 and iPhone 8 with IOS 16.3, failed 301014. Steps requited on Apple website have been done on both iPhones.

HomePod mini Setup Failed (-7003) I am trying to setup a new HomePod mini. I use an iPhone 14 Pro with iOS17.0.3. HomePod and iPhone are on the same WiFi network. I have reset (soft and hard) several times. Every time I am attempting to setup the HomePod, I am getting an error code (see subject) when attempting to update the software on the device. HomePod setup keeps resulting in failure code (-12001) New HomePod just delivered. Using iPhone 15 pro to setup for first time. Keeps getting failure code (-12001). I reinstalled the HOME app and loaded latest iOS version on phone.
