refund

I was approved for refund but was sent an email receipt after my purchase. I guess i made an early refund request while it was pending and the purchase didn’t actually go through. Im wondering how can i get my money back. I’m not able to request for another refund. if I didn’t officially purchase anything im not understanding how im able to be approved of a refund only to get my money taken afterwards. Im aware I’ll have to wait for the refund to be put in but I’m confused with the late pending purchase going through after my refund. Until then I’ll have to wait and see if my refund goes through.
