Siri Not Working After Updating to Ventura

I tapped Siri - It appeared.

I asked Siri to open an app - No response.

What I have done to try to fix this problem.

I force quit coreaudiod in Terminal. This fixed the problem in the past - No change.

I restarted my MacBook - No change.

Checked if my internet connection was working - It was.

Checked that Siri was enabled - It was.

Unchecked and recheck Siri - No change.

Opened iCloud and unchecked and recheck Siri - No change.

Checked the sound input was working - It was.

I have never used the Parental control settings, but I checked it too - No restrictions.

Please, help me to get Siri working again.
