Why there is no Apple Earthquake Alert Notification service?

As most of you guys heard from the news, we had two devastating earthquakes in Turkey last week. Many people in the affected areas are sharing on social media that they have been notified by the Google Earthquake Alert system on their Android devices seconds before regarding an earthquake is approaching, so they managed to leave the buildings before they collapse. Why don't we -Apple users- have this life-saving feature? I don't believe that Apple can't develop this. You must consider developing this feature and release it on the soonest update asap.
