I’m currently stayed in Malaysia and my friends Android phone has been receiving an earth quake notification while I did not receiving any notification on my iPhone. I’m using iPhone XR with iOS 16.4 and there is option to enable this type of natiral disaster or amber alert notification on my settings.
Yes go to settings>notifications>goverment alerts>emergency alerts> and switch both on.
