M2 Pro Mac Mini ethernet AND WiFi connection issues
Hi there
I received my new M2 Pro Mac Mini on 7 February and am still trying to sort the setup/installation.
After migrating from my 2019 MacBook Pro via Thunderbolt I am having all sorts of ethernet and WiFi connection issues on the new M2 Mac Mini to the Internet and router. (I am writing this from my MacBook Pro on the same network (this laptop is wired), and all is good to both router and Internet.) I am not certain if Ventura was downloaded and reset from the machine or from the Internet.
Could there be an issue with migration of some code that is causing these glitches please?
I noticed the connection problem because my emails on the new machine were not syncing and updating. I can reboot the Mac Mini and get internet access for maybe 15 seconds before it disconnects.
I have reinstalled the Ventura OS but no change. Oh, and the seven day AppleCare warranty ended the day after I received the Mac Mini. Not too happy with that.
Otherwise my MacBook Pro (ethernet connected), my wife's M1 Mac Mini, my 2022 iPad Pro, and each of our two iPhones (all WiFi) are connecting quite well to the Internet.
Please can someone assist with this matter ASAP - I really would like to work from my new machine.
Thank you - regards
Wayne
